Pat's house

I am a mature GWM seeking a male medical/law/Grad. student to share my house. I live in Crystal City near metro in a friendly community close to shops, restaurants and metro. For the past 23 years I have had the pleasure of sharing my home with... several graduate students from GW, law students, doctoral candidate and currently a Student from Sais. This opportunity is great for a 1st or 2nd year student. My street is a really nice place where neighbors actually speak to one another.I'm offering my lower level. It's a furnished space with a queen size bed and has a private bathroom with shower. It's very well lit and a clean space. I think it's ideal for a serious graduate student. Also provided is a desk, chest of drawers, side tables, chair. Renter can even use my sheets and pillows or provide their own. This room has a door to the patio/garden. The renter has access to the upstairs which includes a modern kitchen, dining room, tv room. While there is access for the renter to enter/exit through the room, the previous renters have always come and gone through the front door. The housemate is also welcome to use the patio/garden which includes a gas grill. The renter can use my kitchen utensils and does not need to bring their own.THERE IS NO PARKING included here. This rental is best suited for someone who wants to use metro or bike.I request 5 references. You must be an enrolled medical/law/grad student at GW or Georgetown or other university.. I can also provide the contact information of several previous renters if you would like a reference on what it's like to live in my house.I wish I did not have to say this, but one must be clear about such things. There will be NO drugs, including pot, in my house, NO EXCESSIVE drinking/partying, No boisterous behavior. I like to be clear about things so there is no misunderstanding. I am a gay man, but I'm probably one of the straightest gay men you will ever meet and there is NO DRAMA in my house. Cleaning service is provided once a month at no additional cost. The rent is 1200.00per month. A 1200.00 dollars security deposit is required and CANNOT be used as the last month's rent. No pets. Interested persons must call me and leave a message with a phone number i can call and actually speak with you . This unit is available at the start of JUNE 2025. 202-340-6056 It's best to call or text me, as I don't check email all that often.
