Great apartment in a great location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of bikes and scooters to get around. I had a few issues when moving in but the leasing office has been very helpful getting things resolved.

The area is beautiful it's quiet in the area the staff are very helpful and are very nice I love that there is security cameras to keep us safe I love the way they walk you around and show you all the nice things they have in there building

A pretty good building. Brand new construction. Leasing agents, maintenance, and staff are very kind and do a great job. Although it was expensive to use due to my background having little credit built at the time, I appreciated having TheGuarantors as an option for a co-signer to be approved to live in this beautiful community. Beautiful workout room. Leasing agents host many creative community events. This complex is big on energy saving ($$) and efficiency! For example, one of your bathroom... lights are sensor lights. As for cons, it is not an extensive rooftop hangout area like other places I have lived in, just a cute hangout nook overlooking the capitol and enough space to walk to a corner if you need some fresh air. They also do not have a pool. Parking can be tricky for drop offs and guests you have. Last, they do not allow residents to use the loading dock outside of the business hours from 9-5. Overall, great building. Walking distance to the wharf or navy yard!

The communal areas are clean and I enjoy having the option to workout in the gym or work in the sky lounge of pods
